Extra Smart Refund Policy

All subscriptions and payments made to Extra Smart are non-refundable.

By subscribing to Extra Smart, users acknowledge that they receive immediate access to digital educational services, AI tutoring, learning content, assessments, revision tools, and live classes.

Because access to these digital services is provided immediately after payment, no refunds will be issued for:

• Change of mind
• Failure to use the platform
• Partial use of the subscription period
• Academic performance outcomes
• User error during registration

Users may cancel future renewals at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing but will not result in a refund of payments already made.

In exceptional circumstances, Extra Smart may, at its sole discretion, provide a refund where:

• A duplicate payment was processed.
• A technical error resulted in a user being charged incorrectly.
• Access to the service could not be provided due to a verified platform fault.

By completing payment, the user confirms that they have read and accepted this Refund Policy.
